Md. Abdus Sattar completed his LLB (Hons) and LLM from Stamford University Bangladesh. He secured the first position in his batch in both LLB (Hons) and LLM.
Mr. Sattar is an expert lawyer with a solid understanding of national legislation pertaining to civil matters especially property related matters in relation to RAJUK, National Housing Authority Services, Ministry of Housing Services, Sub-Registry Office Services, AC (Land) office matters and other govt. agency services.
He possesses wide range of experience in dealing corporate clients. He has expertise in vetting of property documents, drafting all security documents, Loan syndication, drafting of sale deeds, several agreements relating to property security documentation. He is also an expert in civil and criminal litigation in both Lower Court and High Court proceedings and income tax matters.
He worked as legal associate in Legal Sanctuary from 2011-2012. He also worked as Assistant Secretary (Estate & Legal) in Dhaka Chamber of Commerce & Industry (DCCI) from 2012-2013. Currently he is working as legal adviser of Neo Developments Ltd.
Md. Abdus Sattar got enrolled in Bangladesh Bar Council and became a member of Dhaka Bar Association in 2018 and Dhaka Taxes Bar Association in 2019. He got permission to practice in the High Court Division of Supreme Court of Bangladesh in 2022.
